Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full Refund Option (Up to 7 Days Before Reservation): Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the cancellation is made up to 7 days (168 hours) prior to the start of the contracted reservation date. Alternatively, customers may choose to rebook their reservation for the same season and year, subject to availability, at no additional rebooking charge.

Partial Refund Option (3 to 6 Days Before Reservation): For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days (72-144 hours) prior to the reservation date, customers will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Customers also have the option to rebook for the same season and year, subject to availability, without incurring any rebooking fees.

Cancellation within 2 Days of Reservation: If a cancellation occurs within 2 days (48 hours) or less prior to the reservation date, customers will forfeit their reservation deposit/payment without a refund. However, they may opt to rebook for a $75 fee, applicable for the same year and season as the original booking.

Additional Notes on Cancellation:
In the event of a no-show or failure to commence the reservation as scheduled, there will be a 100% forfeiture of any funds received. This scenario is not eligible for rebooking.

Communication Requirements for Cancellations and Rebooking:
To initiate a cancellation or rebooking request, an email must be sent to rental@woodardmarine.com| Opens Email. The timestamp of the received email will be considered as the official time and date for the cancellation or rebooking request.
We encourage a follow-up phone call or email to (802) 265-3690 ext 7 for further confirmation. However, please note that only the email request will be considered a valid form of communication for the purpose of cancellation or rebooking.
